Research on thaw gel plugging agent with high temperature resistance

  • 摘要: 为解决油藏在高温开采过程中遇到的油井出水及注蒸汽井汽窜问题,利用无机可酸蚀材料对有机类堵剂进行了改性,经无机改性的有机类堵剂在120 ℃温度下恒温处理3个月以上为不水解、不破胶、黏稠固体。室内堵剂实验评价表明,其岩心封堵率达99.63%,酸蚀率为22.43%。该研究为封堵高温油井出水及解决注气井气窜问题提供了一种新思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problems that water production in oil wells and gas channel in gas injection wells encountered in during high temperature development process, organic plugging agents were modified by using inorganic acid corrosion materials. Research shows that the organic plugging agents modified by inorganic materials can be resistant to120 degrees for more than three months with constant temperature treatment, and the agents featured by no hydrolyzing, no glue broken and thick solid. The indoor experimental evaluation of plugging agent illustrates that core plugging rate is up to 99.63%, and acid etching rate is 22.43%. This research provides a new idea for future prospecting in plugging water production of oil wells and gas channeling of gas injection well in the high temperature reservoirs.
