Technology of weighted fracturing fluid for Well DG2

  • 摘要: DG2井压裂层段6 433.50~6 441.00 m,地层温度174.5 ℃,采用常规密度压裂液预计地面施工压力将达140 MPa以上,超过目前压裂设备、高压管汇和压裂井口最高140 MPa的额定工作压力极限。为了完成该井的压裂施工任务,从施工设备、高压管汇和井口均按140 MPa的承压能力进行配套,并通过室内试验优化,研究出了密度大于1.40 g/cm3的加重压裂液配方及现场配制工艺,使得该井压裂改造得以顺利实施,获得了超高地面施工压力压裂施工的宝贵经验。

     

    Abstract: The fracturing interval of Well DG2 is 6 433.50 m to 6441.00 m with layer temperature of 174.5 ℃. The prediction ground operation pressure could reach to over 140 MPa by using fracturing fluid of conventional density, and it exceeds the maximum rated work pressure 140 MPa of fracturing equipment, high pressure manifold and wellhead at present. In order to successfully carry out the fracturing task of this well, the pressure-bearing capacity of these equipment were all equipped to 140 MPa; meanwhile, the recipe of weighted fracturing fluid with density over 1.40 g/cm3 was got and spot preparation technology was researched by laboratory testing. The successful operation of fracturing stimulation for this specific well has provide valuable experience of fracturing operation for super-high ground operation pressure.
