Research and application on quickly emulsified fracturing technique in serious water sensibility formations

  • 摘要: 根据强水敏储层特点和压裂工艺要求,优选了快速乳化的乳化剂,研发了油水比为3∶7的柴油乳化压裂液体系。改进了柴油和基液的混合方式,采用在线混合、快速乳化、交联携砂,实现了在线快速乳化工艺,成功进行了加砂104.5 m3的大型压裂施工,压后取得很好的增产效果。该技术可以在类似强水敏储层中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: A kind of quickly emulsified technology on the fly was introduced to apply in serious water sensibility formations. Based on the features of serious water sensibility formations and the requirements of fracturing technique, quickly emulsified agents were selected, diesel emulsion formula was developed with the high oil-water proportion of 3∶7. The mixing methods of diesel with gel were improved by mixing on the fly, quick emulsifying and cross-linking gel with proppant which realized the quickly emulsified technology on the fly. Massive fracturing Technology treatments were launched in the oilfield with which 104.5m3 proppants was pumped into formation successfully. High production is acquired after the treatment. So the well-proved results show that this technique can be wide used in the similar serious water sensibility reservoirs.
