K值法优选压裂井裂缝参数研究

Research on optimization fracture parameter with K value method for fracturing wells

  • 摘要: 在数模优化裂缝参数过程中,确定裂缝井参数(裂缝半长、导流能力和条数)主要是根据日产或累产曲线变化,找出变化趋势较缓(拐点)处作为最优参数。但是在最优参数处的各曲线变化趋势相近,难以准确判断,导致不同的人得出的最优结果不同。通过对曲线递减率研究,引进K值法对生产动态数据进行变换后,可直观地获取最优裂缝参数,并能够依据K值法处理后的曲线判断最优参数的范围,消除人为因素引起的误差。

     

    Abstract: During the process of fracture parameters optimization by numerical simulation, the fracture parameters determination, such as half fracture length, conductivity and number of fractures, dependent primarily on the changes of daily output curve or accumulative production curve. We identify the point where the change trend becomes weaker and take the inflection point as the optimal parameters. But the similarity of each change trend at the optimal parameters point, it is difficult to accurately determine which one is the best. Different people lead to different optimal results. After analyzing the rules of curve decline rate, transferring the dynamical production data by introducing the K-value method, optimal fracture parameters could be obtained intuitively. On the basis of curve treated by K value method the optimal parameter range can be determined, which could eliminate errors caused by the human factor.
