Drilling and completion techniques for deep or ultra deep wells in Uzbekistan

  • 摘要: 为探索费尔甘纳盆地中央隆起带的含油气特征,针对该地区油气储层埋藏深(6 000~6 800 m)、井底温度高、压力高、酸性气体含量高、含盐量高等地质条件给钻井、固井和井控安全带来的系列问题,结合该地区以往钻井中无一钻达目的层工程报废遇到的困难,开展了钻井提速综合配套技术、复杂地层钻井液技术、深井超深井固井技术、“四高一超”井井身结构优化、井控技术等专题研究及现场应用,攻破了高温(140 ℃)、高压(144 MPa)、高密度钻井液(2.42 g/cm3)条件下的钻进、测井、下套管及固井等技术难题,成功地钻成了吉达3井、吉达4井2口井,其中吉达4井完钻井深6 596 m。形成了系列的钻完井配套技术,为以后费尔甘纳盆地深井超深井安全顺利钻进提供了工程技术保障。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the oil and gas resource at the prospects of central uplift zone in Ferghana basin which is with ultra deep burial depth(6 000-6 800 m), high bottom-hole temperature, high pressure, high acidic gas content and high salinity, which poses a big challenge to drilling and cementing, and well control safety, and considering the fact that drilling works there before almost did not succeed to reach the target formation at all, The monographic study and field application were carried out on speeded drilling integrated technology, drilling fluid technology in complex stratum, well cementing technology in deep or ultra deep reservoirs, well schematic optimization of “four high and one ultra” wells and well control technology in the year of 2008 and 2009. With the technology, several drilling and completion technical problems in Fergana had been solved, mainly including penetrating, wire line logging, running casing and cementing in the conditions of high temperature(140 ℃), high pressure(144 MPa) and high density mud(2.42 g/cm3). The integrated technology was applied in well Jida 3 and Jida 4 drilling, and the well of Jida 4 had been smoothly drilled to the depth of 6 596 m. The advanced drilling and completion integrated technology will support drilling deep and ultra deep well safe at Fergana basin in the future.
