Development and application of software for integral fracturing of horizontal well

  • 摘要: 目前的水平井压裂仅立足于单井,没有考虑注水和井网的影响,仅仅以提高水平井单井压裂的产能为目的,具有很大的局限性。以提高整个区块的采收率为目标,以整个油藏为研究对象,建立了水平井整体压裂理论模型,充分考虑水平井、直井联合布井的情况,设计了多种水平井、直井联合布井井网,开发了一套水平井整体压裂优化设计软件。在优选水平井整体压裂井网基础上,考虑不同的水平段长度,对裂缝条数、裂缝长度、导流能力、裂缝间距、裂缝不对称分布等参数进行了设计,得到了最佳的裂缝参数,并预测了压裂水平井的生产动态(日产量、累积产量、含水率、采出程度等)。该方法和软件对提高油田水平井整体压裂效果具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The current level of horizontal wells fracturing is simply with single well, and the impact of water injection and well patterns are often neglected in enhancing the capacity of single fractured horizontal wells, which appears serious limitations in fracturing effect. Aiming at enhancing the whole block of the recovery, taking the whole reservoir as study object, this paper established an overall fracturing theoretical model for horizontal wells. Fully considering combined distribution of horizontal and vertical wells, a variety of well patterns containing horizontal and vertical wells were designed, and an optimizing design software for horizontal well fracturing was developed. Based on optimizing the well pattern of horizontal wells overall fracturing, considering different length of horizontal sections, the parameters including numbers of fractures, fracture length, conductivity, crack spacing, crack asymmetric distribution and so on were designed, and then the optimal crack parameters have been obtained to forecast the production performance of fractured horizontal wells (daily production, cumulative production, rate of water content, recovery percent of reserves and so on). The method and software would provide certain reference on enhancing the horizontal wells overall fracturing effects.
