提高深井取心效率技术研究

Research on improving deep well coring efficiency

  • 摘要: 针对大庆油田深井钻井取心效率低的问题,设计了井下动力钻具取心工具、高效研磨取心钻头。动力钻具取心工具增加了液力投球机构、堵心报警及内筒保护机构、双岩心爪割心机构,解决了传统取心工艺钻速慢、收获率低的问题,并有效规避了堵心事故和撸心的现象。高效研磨取心钻头提高了火成岩地层取心机械钻速,同时也提高了钻头的井下使用寿命。现场试验证明,动力钻具取心工具和高效研磨取心钻头应用效果良好,性能突出,切实提高了深井取心效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to deal with low coring efficiency in deep zone of Daqing field, the motor coring tool and high efficiency grinding coring bit are designed. The motor coring tool introduces ball dropping sub, jam reminder, inner barrel thread protector, and two-catcher assembly, which not only solves the problem of low ROP and core recovery when using conventional coring tool, but also makes jam found in time. The high efficiency grinding coring bit is durable and suitable for igneous formation. The field tests prove that the motor coring tool and high efficiency grinding coring bit have good performance and the coring efficiency in deep formation is improved.
