Cementing technology for a deep windowed and sidetracked well WEN13-STH305

  • 摘要: 文13-侧305井是1口双靶侧钻定向井,目的层是文13东块沙三中8~10油组,井深3700 m。在?139.7 mm套管内开窗侧钻,下入?101.6 mm尾管固井,套管重叠段单边间隙仅9.88 mm,钻井液密度1.78 g/cm3,漏涌并存,固井施工难度大,是目前国内最深的一口?139.7 mm开窗侧钻井。通过在下套管前调整钻井液性能,试验钻具静摩阻及承压,优选尾管悬挂器,水泥浆采用AMPS共聚物降失水剂,配合中温缓凝剂,较好地控制了高温下水泥浆的失水,解决了顶部强度发展慢等问题。使用配套固井工艺,固井施工顺利,解释固井质量为优质。该井的成功经验,为中原油田深层开窗侧钻开发老油田提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Well WEN13-STH305 is a dual-target side-tracked directional well, and the target zone is the middle stratum at the depth of 3700 m in the east of WEN13 block. Windowing was made inside the ?139.7 mm casing, and the ?101.6 mm liner was run, after which it is cemented, The side clearance at overlapping section is only 9.88 mm, and the density of drilling fluid is up to 1.78 g/cm3, so the circulation loss and kick coexist in the section, with the great difficulty in cementing. It is currently the deepest sidetracked well with ?139.7 mm casing in China. By conditioning mud property, testing of drilling tools friction and pressure bearing, optimizing liner hanger before running casing, and using the AMPS polymer filtrate reducer and intermediate temperature retarder, the free water and water loss have been controlled in high temperature slurry, and the problem of upper strength developing slow has been overcome. By the matching cementing technology, the cementing operation was made smoothly, and the CBL was with high quality. The successful cementing in this well provides a technical support for developing matured fields with sidetracked deep directional wells in ZPEB.
