Gas production technology of the natural spraying wells in Sulige gas field

  • 摘要: 针对苏里格气田自然间喷气井套压、产气量、产水量呈周期性变化及间歇产液的生产特征,研究了该类气井井筒积液与自然放喷过程,建立了气井参数预测数学模型及生产动态数值模拟,剖析了气井生产规律;进行了泡沫排水和连续油管排水现场试验对比,优选出该类气井连续油管排水方式,该研究对该类气井的生产动态分析具有指导意义,为延长气井的自喷时间提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: According to the production characteristics of Sulige intermittent flowing gas wells, including the periodic changing of casing pressure, gas production and water production, and fluid intermittent production. The process of liquid loading and natural flowing of the intermittent flowing gas wells was studied. The parameter prediction model and dynamic simulation for the gas well were set up, and the production rule was analyzed. The foam drainage and field experiments were compared, and coiled tubing drainage method was proved to be more applicable, which is directional for the dynamic analysis of this kind of wells. The technique provided the reference to extend the natural flowing period of gas wells.
