川西水平井水泥浆防气窜评价方法

Evaluation method for gas channeling control of cement slurry on horizontal wells in West Sichuan area

  • 摘要: 为解决水平井开发中油层套管固井质量差的实际难题,从水泥浆防气窜性能设计入手,通过室内实验分析了不同体系水泥浆性能对气窜的影响,评价了各种常用防气窜评价方法的适应性;结合水平井井眼轨迹特点,形成了水平井水泥浆防气窜性能多因素评价方法,即在自由水为0和滤失量小于50 mL条件下修正了水泥浆性能系数(SPNx值)和阻力系数(Ax值)评价方法,并成功应用于川西某口中浅层水平井固井中,为以后川西水平井固井水泥浆防气窜性能设计提供了理论指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the poor quality of cementing production casing of horizontal wells, the gas channeling control property design of the cement slurry was taken as the break point, and the influence of different cement slurry to gas channeling was analyzed through lab experiments. And the adaptability of evaluation methods for gas channeling control was evaluated. Then the multi-factor evaluation method was put forward for gas channeling control performance of cement slurry on horizontal wells, considering the horizontal well trajectory features. It was the evaluation method for modified A value or SPN value under none free water and filter loss less than 50 mL. The successful application of the new method on cementing the middle-shallow horizontal wells in West Sichuan area provided a theoretical direction for the horizontal well cementing in West Sichuan.
