崖城13-1气田表层隔水导管快速打桩技术

Quick riser piling techniques in Yacheng 13-1 gas field

  • 摘要: 由于崖城13-1气田开发需要,从2009年12月到2010年10月先后进行了4口大位移调整井的钻完井作业,其中A10和A15井表层?660.4 mm隔水导管采用钻机打桩方式完成。以这2口井的打桩作业情况为基础,结合相关理论研究计算,进行了地层基础承载力分析、打桩锤的优选及快速安装设计、深穿刺引鞋的设计、替打短接的设计,应用了Pile driving monitor数据采集系统及快速打桩工艺,形成了完整的快速打桩工艺理论,经过现场作业的检验,取得了较好的应用效果。崖城13-1气田打桩作业的技术关键,对未来海洋钻井打桩作业模式具有重要的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: According to the development need of Yacheng 13-1 gas field, totally four extended reach wells were drilled and completed between Dec. 2009 and Oct. 2010, among which Well A10 and Well A15 were completed by rig piling method for the risers with ?660.4 mm. Based on the piling operation on Well A10 and Well A15, some relating theoretical calculations were taken to conduct formation load bearing capacity analysis, pile hammer selection and installing design, guiding shoe design, and jointer design. The pile driving monitor data acquisition system was applied and the complete quick piling technique was formed. The technique passed the field test and obtained favorable application effect. The piling technique on Yacheng 13-1 gas field would be a positive reference for piling operation on offshore drilling.
