Research and application on environmental friendly and reservoir protection workover fluid

  • 摘要: 为降低修井液对储层的污染,提高修井作业后的产量恢复率,缩短产量恢复期,并保护环境,通过增黏剂、降滤失剂、抑制剂、助排剂、稳定剂等组分的优选、组合,研究了一种既保护油层又保护环境的“双保型”修井液。对该修井液进行了室内性能评价,室内试验表明,该修井液无固相,密度可调范围1.00~1.25 g/cm3,API滤失量低于15 mL/30min,防膨率超过90 %,界面张力低于3 mN/m,岩心渗透率恢复率大于90 %且无毒。现场应用表明,该技术能有效保护油气层,提高修井作业后的产量恢复效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to decrease the pollution of reservoir caused by workover fluid, enhance the production recovery rate after repairing operation, short the period of yield recovery and protect the surrounding environment, an environmental friendly and reservoir protection workover fluid has been studied through optimizing and combination the adhesives, filtration reducing agents, inhibitors, cleanup additives and stabilizers. Lab performance evaluation of the novel fluid was conducted, and the results illustrate that the density of the solid-free repairing fluid range from 1.00 to 1.25 g/cm3; API filter loss could be maintained at less than 15 mL per 30 minutes; The decrement is greater than 90%; interfacial tension is lower than 3 mN/m and permeability recovery rate of experimental core is bigger than 90% and nontoxic. The field application results show that this new technique could effectively protect the oil and gas layers from polluting and enhance the output recovery effect after the repairing treatment.
