多井同步体积压裂技术研究

Research on the simultaneous volume fracturing of multiple wells

  • 摘要: 多井同步体积压裂是对两口或两口以上的配对井同时进行体积压裂,以增加水力压裂裂缝网络的密度及表面积,达到初期高产和长期稳产的目的。探讨了多井同步压裂井间裂缝网络连通机理,对井间变应力压裂原理进行了分析,并从实例角度给出了多井同步体积压裂的实现方法。现场应用表明,同步压裂能够大幅度提高配对井初始产量和最终采收率。

     

    Abstract: Simultaneous fracturing of multiple wells is a technique that stimulate two or more coupled wells in the same time, which is expected to increase the density and surface area of the hydraulic fracture network, and then obtain a higher initial production rate and maintain a steady production for a longer period. This paper investigates the mechanism of the fracture network between the coupled wells to connect, and analyzes the fracturing principle of the varying stress among the wells. Besides, some examples are addressed to interpret the way to conduct the technique of simultaneous volume fracturing of multiple wells. Field application data show that the technique can greatly enhance the initial production and the ultimate recovery of the coupled wells.
