Study and application of high pressure high temperature tubing device

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种耐高温、高压的胶筒实验装置的结构组成、工作原理、技术特点、使用方法和应用效果。该装置具备压缩式胶筒高温、高压试验条件,可完全替代封隔器作为胶筒试验的载体,通过更换胶筒中心管,即可实现各种规格型号的压缩式胶筒模拟井下高温、高压的实际工况进行试验,为胶筒的检测试验提供一种新的检测工艺手段,为压缩式胶筒试验提供了完整的试验平台,至今已成功地进行了多次压缩式胶筒检测试验,试验成功率100%。

     

    Abstract: The components, operating principle, technical features, using method, and application effect are illustrated for the studied high pressure high temperature tubing device. The devise possess the experimental conditions of high pressure and high temperature for compression tube, and it could replace the packer as the carrier for tubing experiment. Through changing the center tube, the experiments of compression tubing with different sizes can be carried out. The device supplies a novel technique for tube monitoring, and an experiment base for compression tubing experiment. Many compression tube monitoring experiments have been conducted and the success ratio is 100%.
