煤层气分支水平井与定向井连通钻井技术

  • 摘要: 国内外较为先进的煤 层 气井布置方式多为分支连通井 , 通常采用水平井与直井连通后再钻分支井的开采方式 。 随着煤 层 气勘探开发的不断深入 , 分布在山区、丘陵等交通不便的区块日渐表现出井位布置严重受限、道路井场修建费用成倍增长、井位分散、零星排采管理困难的现象 。 为此通过研究将煤 层 气排采井由直井改为定向井 , 在很大程度 上 解决了井位布置受限问题 , 降低了道路井场修建成本 , 实现了丛式井的集 中 排采管理 。 以 ZY-H4-LS 井组为 例, 论述了将分支井和定向井 一 体化设计、 一 体化施工来成功实现分支水平井与定向井连通的关键技术及解决方法 , 为煤 层 气开发提供了新思路 。

     

    Abstract: Multilateral intersection well is the more advanced layout for coal-bed methane at home and abroad. Drilling multilateral well after the successful intersection of horizontal well and vertical well is the common exploitation method. With the development of coal-bed methane, many difficulties appear in the traffic inconvenience area such as hilly and mountainous areas. The difficulties include limited well-site arrangement, multiplied cost of well site road construction, and difficult management in decentralized production, etc. Coal-bed methane exploitation change from vertical well to directional well is studied, and it can largely solve the limited well-site arrangement, decrease the cost of well site road construction, and achieve the centralized management for clustered wells. To some extent, it creates new exploitation domain of coal-bed methane. However, we have no antecedent of horizontal well intersection with directional well to guide. ZY-H4-LS well group adopts lots of technologies like integrative design and integrative construction of multilateral well and directional well, and succeeds in realizing intersection between multilateral horizontal well and directional well. It created national precedent for this kind of construction and offers a new idea for coal-bed methane exploitation.
