Design of an auto-rotational centralizer based on the liquid hydrodynamic lubrication structure

  • 摘要: 针对油田杆管偏磨日益严重的问题,研究了上下行程抽油杆柱受力特点,设计出一种新型的防偏磨扶正器。该扶正器主要由扶正器轴、扶正套、接箍、弹簧垫圈和定位块组成,依靠动压润滑效应与扶正套的自旋转,将杆管间的干摩擦、边界摩擦变为边界摩擦、液体摩擦,将杆管间的单边磨损变为均匀磨损,综合提高抽油杆管的工作寿命。对该扶正器在自主设计的抽油系统中进行了性能测试,结果表明,当抽油机电机转速达到75 r/min时动压润滑油膜形成,杆管偏磨现象明显改善。该技术可增加抽油杆管使用寿命、提高油井免修周期,为油田防偏磨提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing problems about eccentric wear of the pumping rod and tube getting more and more intensely, the study on the mechanical properties of the rod’s up and down stroke has been took, and a new type of centralizer preventing the eccentric wear between the rod and tub has been designed. The centralizer consists of centralizer shaft, centralizer cover, coupling, spring washer and positioning block. Depending on the dynamic pressure lubrication effect and the rotating of the centralizer cover by itself, this equipment transfers the dry friction, boundary friction and the sides wear into the boundary friction, liquid friction and the uniform wear between the rod and the tube. And then the service lifespan of the sucker rod increased greatly. The performance of centralizer was tested by applied to self-designed pumping system, and the results show that the hydrodynamic lubrication film will form when the motor speed reaches up to 75 rounds per minutes, and the eccentric wear of the pumping rod and tube is alleviated significantly. The technology will increases the service lifespan of sucker rod and tube and also expands the guarantee period of the well, which provide a technological support for oilfield’s anti-eccentrically worn investigation.
