Treatment for bit sticking in long well section of the deep well 001-3 in Longgang field

  • 摘要: 龙岗001-3井完钻井深6643.89 m,在尾管固井过程中发生水泥凝固卡钻事故,落鱼长1847.60 m。经研究分析认为,只有通过长井段套铣作业才能够打捞落鱼,顺利完钻。为保证铣筒和?177.8 mm套管的安全,对铣圈进行改进,达到了既能套铁又能套水泥且不损伤?177.8 mm套管的要求;通过控制转盘扭矩降低了套铣弯曲落鱼对铣圈的损害;找出了套铣后对外形不规则落鱼的打捞方法,确保了水泥封固井段3896.79~4733.40 m钻具的套铣打捞作业顺利实施,对铣筒和套管没有造成损害,为同类井的施工提供了借鉴

     

    Abstract: Well 001-3 in Longgang field is completed with the total depth of 6643.89 m. During the liner cementing process, bit sticking is caused by the cement setting, and the length of the fish is 1847.6m. After analyzing the case, it was believed that only long section milling treatment could trip the fish. To ensure the safety of the mill pipe and ?177.8 mm casing, the difficulties of the treatment were analyzed and the solving plan was optimized, which was to modify the mill ring to satisfy with the ability of milling iron and cement but not damaging the casing. Through managing the rotating torque, the damage of milling the curved fish to the mill ring was decreased. The tripping method for the irregularly shaped fish after milling treatment was found. The treatment ensured the conduction of milling and tripping for the cementing section with the depth of 3896.79~4733.40 m, and it made no damage to the mill pipe or casing. The treatment supplies a valuable case to the same type wells.
