  • 摘要: 针对大庆油田勘探开发对超高温缓凝剂的需要,研制了抗200 ℃超高温缓凝剂DHTR400,介绍了DHTR400的合成工艺,对其缓凝机理进行了研究;评价了DHTR400不同加量对水泥浆稠化时间的影响,考察了DHTR400对温度的敏感性以及对抗压强度的影响。实验表明,DHTR400具有良好的抗温性能,稠化时间可调,对温度敏感性小;在高温条件下,水泥石抗压强度发展迅速、平稳,并且具有较高的水泥石抗压强度。

     

    Abstract: In order to fulfill oilfield’s demand for developing the super-high temperature retardant, the recipe DHTR400 resisted 200 degree has been tested. This paper studies the synthetic process for DHTR400, the mechanism of delayed coagulation and then evaluates the effect of DHTR400 with various addition on mud thincking time, meanwhile, the sensitivity of DHTR400 to the temperature and its effect on compressive strength have also been inspected. The results indicate that DHTR400 is characterized by well temperature resistance ability, flexible thicking time, and little sensitivity to temperature. Under the condition of high temperature, the compressive strength of cement develops fast and smoothly, and features relatively high compression strength for cement rock.
