井筒无钻井液固井技术

Cementing technique without drilling fluid in wellbore

  • 摘要: 空气钻井完井后需要转化好钻井液才能下套管进行固井作业。转化钻井液不仅浪费材料,还会带来诸如井壁稳定、防漏、套管挤毁、环空封固质量差等一系列技术问题。通过优化水泥浆性能,采用正、反注水泥工艺,实现了空气钻井后不转化钻井液直接下套管进行固井作业,既保证了施工安全和质量,还缩短了完井周期。现场进行了9口井的实际应用,最大井深3000 m,固井一次成功率100%,固井合格率100%。

     

    Abstract: For air drilling, drilling fluid need changing after well completion, to start cementing. But changing drilling fluid could not just waste material, but also cause problems, such as wellbore stability, circulation loss prevention, casing collapse, poor annular cementing quality, etc. By optimizing cement slurry properties, normal and reverse pumping cementing technology was taken to realize directly cementing operation after air drilling completion. After transforming drilling fluid for RIH with casing cementing operation, 100% cement slurry filling was realized. It not only saved cement but also secured safe operation and quality and shortened the well completion period. According 9 wells applications with maximum well depth of 3000 m, once cementing successful rate reached 100% and cementing quality rate was also 100%.
