新型防止油管上窜及反加压装置

New equipment with tube upgoing prevention and reverse compression

  • 摘要: 针对目前井下试油(气)作业中井口缺少能够提供防止管柱上窜以及“反加压”管柱的功能性装置等问题研制了新型防止油管上窜及反加压装置,该装置通过简单的反作用力原理及常用工具解决了以上问题。利用更为牢固且使用方便的螺母进行固定可防止油管上窜,且可以适应油管在井口处的不同伸出高度;改变以往用钢丝绳“反勒”加压的方式,利用千斤顶进行“反加压”控制。这两种方法已经在现场得到了成功应用。

     

    Abstract: At present, Owing to lack of equipment characterized by tube upgoing prevention and string reverse compression at wellhead during the downhole oil gas testing procedures, a piece of new equipment with tube upgoing prevention and reverse compression was introduced in this paper. The apparatus settle the above problem by counter compression principle and general tools. We used a more firm and more convenient nut to fix the tube in order to prevent the upgoing, meanwhile, this kind of structure was more suitable for different protrude height of tube at the wellhead. Instead of pressure by wire ropes tightening in the past, we adopted compression controlling using a lifting jack. Both of the technologies have been successful applied at field, and the results were very well.
