Pilot test of efficient acidizing technology in complex sandstone reservoir

  • 摘要: 川西须家河组砂岩储层埋藏深,地质条件复杂,加砂压裂和常规酸化增产效果均不理想,致使大量的天然气资源难以有效动用。分析了须家河组砂岩储层压裂、酸化改造过程存在的问题,结合砂岩酸化增产机理和地质特征,优选出对岩心骨架溶蚀率低(约2%)、对钻井液溶蚀率高(约15%)、能较好防止酸化沉淀,并且缓速性好的新型高效酸液体系。室内实验及现场应用表明,优选出的酸液能够很好地解除钻完井污染,溶蚀和沟通储层孔喉和微裂缝。与常规酸液体系相比,新型酸体系具有明显的优势,对于类似砂岩储层酸化有很好的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: the yield-increasing effect of sand fracturing and conventional acidizing in Xujiahe complex sandstone reservoir in western sichuan because the burial depth of the reservoir is deep and the geological condition is complicated. And it leads to abundant natural gas resources can not be explored effectively. The key points during the sand fracturing and conventional acid treatment were analyzed in this article, combining the output increasing mechanism of sandstone acidizing with the geological features, a new type highly effective acid system is optimized. The acid system has low acidizing dissolution rate for core framework (about two percent), high acidizing solution rate for drilling mud (about fifteen percent), and could preferentially prevent the acidification deposition with good retarded ability. The labs experiments and field application indicated that the optimal new type acid liquor can remove pollution in the procedure of well drilling and completion effectively, corroding and communicating the rock pore throat and micro-cracks. The new system is distinctly superior and has remarkable effect comparing to the general acid system. The successful application provides reference for similar sandstone reservoir stimulation.
