Viscosity reducing and integrated artificial lifttechniques for heavy oil wellbore in offshore oilfield

  • 摘要: 海上稠油开采面临井筒降黏技术优选及举升工艺配套的问题。围绕渤海L油田明化镇组高黏稠油开采难度大的问题,结合井筒降黏方式室内实验结果,推荐采用稠油掺稀油的井筒降黏技术及配套的射流泵举升工艺。同时,对稀油动力液的地面处理流程及注入参数进行了研究。现场应用表明,稠油掺稀油井筒降黏技术及配套的射流泵举升工艺效果明显,单井平均产量比ODP配产方案增加了80%,为该油田及类似油田稠油的开发提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Issues facing the heavy oil development in offshore field are optimizing viscosity reducing and integrated artificial lift techniques for heavy oil wellbore. Focusing on the extremely difficulty to develop the high viscosity oil in Minghuazhen Formation in Bohai L oilfield, this paper has recommended the blending diluting oil technology and corresponding jet pump artificial lift technique based on the laboratory experiment results of viscosity reduction. Meanwhile, thin oil power fluid treatment loop on ground and injection parameters were also studied in this paper. Field application shows that the viscosity reducing and integrated artificial lift techniques for heavy oil wellbore are very effective. The average production of per well is increased by 80%, which provide effective reference to develop remaining heavy oil reverse of this oilfield and other similar oilfields.
