水平井免钻塞筛管顶部注水泥完井技术

Research on plug-drilling-free screen top cementing technology for horizontal well completion

  • 摘要: 采用筛管顶部注水泥完井的水平井占到胜利油田水平井总量的60%以上。该技术的主要缺点在于钻塞过程中易造成套管磨损,钻塞后内壁留有毛刺,影响后期作业效果。为解决钻塞对完井管串 的伤害,设计出集管外封隔器、分级箍、盲板功能于一身的免钻塞完井工具,开展了室内性能试验和施工工艺试验。在筛管顶部注水泥作业结束后采用下打捞矛打捞内套的方式有效避免了钻塞带来的不 利影响,减少了完井作业时间及成本。该技术在胜利油田累计施工40余口井,保障了后期酸洗及填砂作业效果,推动了水平井筛管完井技术的进一步发展。

     

    Abstract: Screen top cementing completion technology has been applied on more than 60% of horizontal wells in Shengli Oilfield. Main drawbacks of the technology are casing wear in the procedure of plug drilling and burr remaining of inner surface after plug drilling, which are obstacles of followed well intervention. To avoid the damage to completion string during plug drilling, Plug-drilling-free tools are developed with the function of external casing packer, stage collar and blanking plate. Lab experiment and pilot test are carried out. During well completion, after screen top cementing, trip spear was run into hole to fish the inner tube. The technology eliminates the disadvantages of plug drilling and saves completion duration and cost. It has been applied on more than 40 wells of Shengli Oilfield, which guarantees the followed treatment effect of acid pickling and gravel packing, and compels the progress of horizontal well completion technology.
