Mechanical evaluation study on cement endurance

  • 摘要: 以G级油井水泥石为研究对象,研究了油井水泥石耐久性的评价方法,为完善评价水泥石力学性能提供了理论依据。通过三轴力学测试仪进行了水泥石的长期强度和破碎能试验,并结合理论分 析,给出了长期强度和破碎能两个评价水泥石耐久性的重要参数。该研究只针对原浆水泥石进行了室内试验,并未对加入外加剂的水泥浆体系进行对比研究,下一步研究重点应放在加入何种外加剂能够 提高水泥石的耐久性上。

     

    Abstract: Taking G grade oil well cement as the study target, the evaluation method for oil well cement endurance was studied, to supply an theoretical foundation for evaluating cement mechanical performance. The long term strength and breaking ability of cement were tested by triaxial mechanical test instrument. Considering the theoretical analysis, the long term strength and breaking ability were determined as the two key factors for cement endurance. The study tested indoor only the cement itself, but not the cement with any additive. The next step for the study should focus on improving the cement endurance by adding some additive.
