生物酶浸洗清除水平井钻井液污染技术研究

Research on removing drilling fluid contamination by enzyme immersion in horizontal well

  • 摘要: 由于水平井的钻井周期和生产井段较长,钻井液污染较为严重,部分水平井完井后投产效果没有预期理想,而常规酸化处理只能解除钻井液中的无机堵塞。通过室内实验研究了生物酶对钻井 液中淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、黄原胶等聚合物及钻井液滤饼的降解作用,介绍了生物酶浸洗清除水平井钻井液污染的现场施工工艺和现场试验效果,表明该技术是解除水平井钻井液污染的可 行方法,具有扩大试验和推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Because of the long drilling period and producing section, drilling fluid contamination in horizontal well is serious. The production effects of some sections have not lived up to expectations after well completion in horizontal wells, and general aciding treatment just could remove the inorganic blockages in drilling fluid. The degradation effects of enzyme on the polymers in drilling fluid such as starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyacrylamide and xanthan gum and that on the drilling cake were studied in lab experiments. Filed operation process and effect of removing drilling fluid contamination by enzyme immersion in horizontal well were detailed in this paper. The results show that the technique is feasible in cleaning the pollution and should expand the experiment scale, which has a bright application value in the future.
