Application of pumping sulfur removing equipment in gas testing of wells with sulfurous gas

  • 摘要: 为解决含硫化氢气井试气时,因硫化氢在空气中扩散泄漏引起的安全问题,研究了泵注法除硫装置。介绍了泵注法除硫原理、泵注装置的主要组成和结构、泵注头的组成和作用、硫化氢浓度监测方法和远程控制系统的组成。在永15、永22断块3口含硫化氢气井上应用表明,除硫装置技术性能优良、安全可靠、自动化程度高,满足了试气要求。可作为含硫气井配套试气工艺装备,为含硫气井安全试气提供保障。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the safety problems which are caused by the spreading and leaking of the H2S in the air during the gas production testing for wells with sulfurous gas, the pumping sulfur removing equipment is studied. The mechanism of pumping sulfur removing, the mainly parts and structures of pumping set, the composing and function of pumping head, supervision method of H2S concentration and the composition of long-distance controlling system are all introduced in this paper. The site application of the equipment in three H2S-bearing wells in Blocks Yong 15 and Yong 22 shows that the high performance, safety and reliability and high degree of automatism of sulfur removing technique can satisfy the need of gas testing. This instrument can be used as gas testing technique matching equipment for wells with sulfurous gas to guarantee the safety.
