低温稠油油藏微生物采油菌的筛选评价研究

Research on evaluation of microbe oil recovery bacterium of low-temperature inspissated pool

  • 摘要: 针对以巴51断块为代表的低温稠油油藏地层温度低、原油黏度大、常规注水开发效果差问题,开展了微生物降黏技术研究,从渣油坑中分离培育出对高胶沥含量原油有作用的菌种,研究了其代谢产物,并在室内条件下开展了适应性评价研究,推荐出两株菌JH和LC。评价结果表明,推荐菌种与原油作用后表面张力降低33%,原油黏度降低68%,为进一步开展现场应用提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: The bacterium visbreaking technology is developed aiming at some difficulties found in Ba51 block which are low temperature of formation in low-temperature inspissated pool, high viscosity crude oil and bad effect of using normal waterflooding technology. Experiments are done to separate the bacterium that can affect the heavy asphalt crude oil from residuum pit, to research its metabolic product, and to evaluate its adaptiveness in air temperature. The experimental results show that two kinds of bacterium JH and LC can decrease the surface tension of crude oil by 33%, the viscosity by 68%, which provides reference to applications in future.
