中原油田产出水微污泥处理技术试验

Experiment and application of output water micro sludge treatment in Zhongyuan oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对中原油田产出水低污泥处理工艺存在污泥量大,无法得到有效处置而地面堆集、污染周边环境等问题,为从源头上控制污泥残渣量,在明二污水站开展了产出水微污泥处理技术试验。通过对来水离子分析,优选出以含有无机高分子聚合物的混凝药剂为主的新配方,去除了悬浮固体及有害离子,保证在处理过程中不额外增加污泥产出量,同时完善了原加药工艺。现场试验表明:所选药剂性能稳定,处理后的水质全面稳定达到行业标准,并与地层水配伍性良好,污泥残渣量比使用原技术减少了60.6%,为减少全油田的污泥残渣量探索了一条新路。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the large amount of sludge, long time accumulation because of not effective management and serious environment pollution of pre-oxidation sludge treatment technology in Zhongyuan Oilfield, output water micro sludge treatment field experiment had completed in Minger water treatment station to constrain the volume of sludge remains. By means of ion analyzing for source water, optimizing new recipe which chosen coagulation agent containing inorganic polymer as main additive, and removing suspended solids and impure ions to maintain no addition sludge output during the operation. Meanwhile, the original adding chemicals technology was improved. Site experiment shows that the performance of chosen agents is stable, the quality of treated water reach the standard fully and stably. Treatment water is qualified and coMPatible with formation water, sludge quantity decreased 60.6 percent coMParing to the original technique, which pave a new road for decreasing the volume of sludge residue.
