自生能压裂液室内实验与浓度优化

Laboratory experiment and concentration optimization of autogenetic energy fracturing fluid

  • 摘要: 为了克服常规羟丙基瓜胶压裂液在低温、低压、低渗油气藏的破胶、快速返排、减小伤害等方面的不足,对自生能压裂液进行了系统评价,分析了该压裂液中生热剂用量和催化剂含量对反应速率、生热峰值的影响,确定了适用于低温地层压裂的最佳生热剂用量2.0 mol/L和催化剂百分含量0.4%;进一步探讨了不同条件下的反应热峰值及达到峰值的时间,完成了该压裂液破胶后的黏度测定(低于5 mPa·s);同时分析了反应产生的氮气量及其对破胶液密度与助排效果的影响。该研究结果为自生能压裂液在低温低压地层的应用提供了重要的实验数据和技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: An autogenetic Energy fracturing fluid is developed to overcome the difficulties of incomplete gel breaking, lower capability of flow back, and serious formation damage when the hydroxypropyl guar gum gelling fracturing fluid was used in low temperature, low pressure and low permeability reservoirs. The influence of heat generation agents and catalysts contents on reaction rates and heat-generation peaks of autogenetic energy fracturing fluid was analyzed and evaluated systemically. The optimized contents of heat-generation agent and catalysts are respectively 2.0 mol/L and 0.4% when used for fracturing treatment in low temperature formation. Reaction heat peaks under different conditions and the time reached the peaks were further investigated. And then, the viscosity of gel breaking fluid was measured, which was smaller than 5 MPa·s. at the same time, the volume of nitrogen and its influence on density of gel breaking fluid and cleanup effect were analyzed. These results provide important testing data and technical support for application of autogenetic energy fracturing fluid in low temperature and low pressure formations.
