钻井液处理剂氧化氨解木质素制备及性能评价

Preparation and performance evaluation of ammonia-oxidized lignin as drilling fluids additive

  • 摘要: 为进一步改善木质素衍生物在钻井液中的抗温稀释和降滤失效能,采用工业木质素磺酸盐为原料制备了氧化氨解木质素,并将其用作钻井液处理剂。实验考察了反应温度、pH值及氧化剂和氨化剂用量诸反应条件对氧化氨解木质素作为钻井液处理剂作用效能的影响。结果表明:优化条件下制备的氧化氨解木质素在其处理浆中,室温下具有增大动切力和降低滤失量作用;高温下具有降低动切力和滤失量作用,氧化氨解木质素处理浆于180 ℃老化16 h,其降滤失率为11.4%;与工业木质素磺酸盐相比,氧化氨解木质素在钻井液中的降切作用减弱,抗温性增强。

     

    Abstract: To further improve temperature resistance and filtration reduction of lignin derivatives in drilling fluids, ammonia -oxidized lignin was prepared with the lignosulphonates. The influences of reaction conditions, such as temperature, pH, and content of oxidizer and ammoniation agent, on the performance of ammonia-oxidized lignin in drilling fluids were investigated. The results showed that the product not only can enhance dynamic sheer force and reduce filtration at room temperature, but also can reduce dynamic sheer force and filtration at high temperature. After aging for 16 hours at 180 ℃, the ammonia-oxidized lignin enhanced the fluid loss reduction rate to 11.4%. Compared with lignosulphonates, the ammonia-oxidized lignin has weaker function of reducing the dynamic sheer force but higher temperature resistance.
