  • 摘要: 当油田进入开发中后期时,由于注水等储多因素引起油水井的射孔炮眼及近井地带孔隙通道堵塞,导致油井降产,水井吸水量下降,极大地影响了油田开发水平。针对这些问题,介绍了一种水力喷射解堵技术,该技术是利用井下可控转速的旋转自振空化射流解堵装置,产生高压水射流直接冲洗炮眼解堵和高频振荡水力波、空话噪声波物理解堵,为油气流或注水提供一个清洁的流动通道,达到增产增注的目的。在吉林油田结垢严重的地区选择了12口井进行试验,经过后期的跟踪评价,试验效果非常明显,为吉林油田增产措施提供了一条新的途径。

     

    Abstract: When the oilfield enters the development mid, because the water injection caused by many factors such as oil Wells reservoir of perforating boreholes and near wellbore pore jams, bring about oil well drop channel produce, well water quantity decreased, greatly influenced oilfield development level. Aiming at these problems, this paper introduces a kind of hydropower spray solution plugging technology, this technology is the use of underground controllable speed rotating self-vibration cavitation jet solution plugging device, produce the high pressure water jet directly flush borehole wall and high frequency oscillation solutions hydraulic wave, hot air noise wave content, for understanding YouQiLiu or water plugging provide a clean fluid channels, to increase the purpose of increasing note. We in jilin oilfield scaling worst-hit area chose 12 Wells was conducted through late tracking evaluation, test effect is very apparent. For jilin oilfield stimulation measures provides a new way.
