井下自生CO2复合泡沫封堵汽窜技术

Study and application of steam channeling plugging technology by using downhole authigenic CO2 compound foam

  • 摘要: 针对新疆油田稠油注蒸汽开采存在汽窜严重的问题,研制了自生CO2复合泡沫封窜剂,并对封窜剂性能进行了实验评价,形成自生CO2复合泡沫封堵汽窜工艺。即在注蒸汽前将自生CO2复合泡沫封窜剂预先注入地层,引发剂在高温下分解产生CO2、N2等气体,和发泡剂形成的高温泡沫,封堵汽窜通道,提高注汽效果。该工艺现场施工简单,在新疆油田进行10口井的现场试验,都取得了较好的增油效果。

     

    Abstract: aiming at the serious problem of steam channeling in heavy oil area of Xinjiang oilfield with steam injection exploitation, an authigenic CO2 compound foam agent was studied and its channeling plugging performance was evaluated by experiment, and then a steam channeling plugging technique using authigenic CO2 compound foam was formed. Firstly, the channeling plugging agent was injected into formation before steam injected, second, CO2 and N2 was decomposed from initiating agent in high temperature environment, and they combined with foaming agent to generate high temperature foam. The foam could plug steam channeling tunnels, and enhance steam stimulation effect. The operation of this technique was simple on site, and applied in 10 wells in Xinjiang oilfield. The results show that it had favorable production increment.
