Research on a new chemical grouting material of sodium silicate and formamide

  • 摘要: 地层涌水、井壁失稳是制约欠平衡钻井推广的一大瓶颈。常规的护壁堵漏方法不再适用于气体钻井工艺,而化学灌浆技术的引入将成为解决该技术难题的有效方法。以甲酰胺为固化剂,研究了水玻璃与甲酰胺在高温下的胶凝反应,得到了一种抗高温、可灌性好、高温下凝胶时间可控、固结体抗压强度高的化学灌浆材料,并分析了影响胶凝时间和固结体强度的因素。该材料与钢管固结强度较低,形成固结体过程中除释放出一定的氨气外,生成的固结体基本上对环境和人体无害,可用于气体欠平衡钻井中复杂地层的护壁堵漏。

     

    Abstract: Under-balanced drilling has the advantage of improving the drilling rate, reservoir protection, outstanding advantages of oil and gas reservoir, but the ground water gushing and borehole instability have seriously impeded the generalization of under-balanced drilling. The conventional methods of Wall-Protecting And Leakage-Plugging can not meet the requirement of gas drilling technique any more; on the other hand, the introduction of chemical grouting technology will become an effective way to solve the technical problems. Chousing the formamide as hardening agent, the gelation action of sodium silicate and Formamide in high temperature has been analyzed. The research has got a new chemical grouting material which characterized by high temperature resisting, well groutability, controllable gelation time under high temperature and high compressive strength of consolidating body. It can be used for gas under-balanced drilling in the complex formation of wall-protecting and leakage-plugging.
