Study and application of wellbore stability techniques in Yaoyingtai region

  • 摘要: 为了有效解决腰英台、乾安、长岭地区嫩江组、姚家组、青山口组等地层的井壁稳定问题,通过分析3个地区地层特点、施工情况,优选了有机硅腐钾聚合物防塌钻井液体系、优选钻具组合和钻井液流变参数,利用有机硅腐钾聚合物钻井液体系较强的封堵能力和抑制性能有效解决了腰英台、乾安、长岭地区井壁易失稳的问题,并达到了提高钻速,缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本的目的。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the wellbore stability issues of Nenjiang, Yaojia, and Qingshankou formations in Yaoyingtai, Qianan, Changling regions, the anti-collapse drilling fluid made of organic silicate based potassium humate polymer is selected, and the BHA and rheological parameters of the drilling fluid are optimized, through analyzing the formation features and operations in the three regions. By the strong plugging and inhibition capabilities of the drilling fluid, the wellbore stabiliy issue is solved in Yaoyingtai, Qianan, and Changling regions. And the objective of increasing drilling speed, shortening drilling cycle, and reducing drilling cost is achived.
