  • 摘要: 顺6井是部署在塔里木盆地的一口超深井,因施工需要对四开6230~6366 m井段进行扩眼作业。介绍了该井使用的液压扩眼器的结构、原理和技术特点,同时对该井高温、高压和地层岩性较硬等施工难点进行了分析,通过采取小钻压、低排量循环和采用抗高温的密封元件等相关措施降低了施工风险。试验表明,该井扩眼施工顺利,效果良好,扩眼后井径平均扩大25 mm,为保障该井固井质量创造了有利条件,为液压扩眼器在其他区块超深井的应用提供了一定的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Well Shun 6 is an ultra deep well suited in Tarim Basin. The fourth section of 6230-6366m was conducted borehole enlargement to meet construction needs. Structure, working principle and technical features of hydraulic reaming device used were introduced in this paper. Also, operating difficulties were analyzed such as high temperature, high pressure and hard reservoir lithology. To overcome these, measures like small drilling pressure, low-emission cycle and the tool equipped high temperature resistance sealing components were employed. Field test showed smooth borehole enlargement and excellent effect. Borehole diameter was 25 mm larger than that before work which guaranteed the quality of well cementing. The job provided a reference to the application of hydraulic reaming device to ultra deep wells in other blocks.
