堵水管柱封隔器逐级验封技术

Research on cascade sealing detection with water plugging string packer technology

  • 摘要: 针对现场无法有效逐级验证封堵水管柱各级封隔器特别是下级封隔器密封性问题,开展了逐级验封技术研究。把验封器连接在要验封封隔器下边,验封时先坐封封隔器后,增压打开验封器验封通道并坐封验封器,停泵稳压验证封隔器是否密封。该技术已在现场试验5口井,工艺成功率和措施有效率均为100%。

     

    Abstract: In light of the problem that currently on the spot there is no way to effectively verify the sealing performance of the middle and lower packers of the multi-stage blocking pipe string, a new type of sealing detector was developed to check the sealing performance of the multi-stage hydraulic or mechanical setting packer. The sealing detector was connected to the lower side of the packer who need to be checked, the packer was set first and then the sealing detection channel was opened by increase pressure. After setting the sealing detector and stopping the pump, the goal packer was checked to verify the sealing performance. So far 3 wells have been treated in the oilfield, and the success ratio of operation and the effectiveness are all 100 percent.
