Super-heavy oil exploration and production technology in Well Jian 218x

  • 摘要: 华北油田间218x井原油黏度高,动液面低,油井停抽后启抽困难,应用常规开采方式不能满足开发需要等问题,以室内原油黏温测试、乳化稠油黏温测试和原油降黏剂筛选试验为基础,根据间218x井储层特征及开发现状,提出了地层预处理化学降黏与同轴双空心抽油杆内循环加热井筒降黏相结合的开采方式。该技术现场实施后,增产效果良好,值得类似油井借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Conventional exploration technology can not meet the need of problems caused by high crude oil viscosity, low dynamic fluid level and oil well restarting difficult after pumping off in Well Jian 218x. Based on the experiments of crude oil viscosity-temperature laboratory test, emulsified heavy oil viscosity-temperature test and visbreaking additive selection test, considering the reservoir characteristics and development situation in Well Jian 218x, formation pre-processing chemical visbreaking combined with coaxial dual-hollow rod inner circulation heating visbreaking to improve the technology. Field application shows that oil productivity has been increased significantly, and was worthy to learn for the similar cases.
