疏水缔合聚合物溶液稳黏药剂评价研究

Research of the stabilizing agents for hydrophobic associating polymer

  • 摘要: 针对影响缔合聚合物溶液黏度稳定性的主要因素,从消除或降低其对聚合物溶液影响的角度,研制开发出能提高缔合聚合物溶液初始黏度、视黏度保持相对稳定的稳黏药剂Z1和Z2。Z1具有良好的螯合Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+离子的能力,Z2具有良好的自由基控制能力。在Z1用量400 mg/L、Z2用量为200 mg/L时,缔合聚合物溶液剪切后90 d黏度保留率达到64.2%。渤海绥中36-1油田矿场试验结果表明,加入稳黏剂后,井口缔合聚合物溶液黏度由24.74 mPa·s增加到40.27 mPa·s。

     

    Abstract: The main factors which affecting the initial viscosity and the stability of polymer solution were analyzed. The viscosity stabilizing agent Z1 and Z2 was developed to improve the viscosity. Ions of Ca2+, Mg2+ and Fe2+ can be chelated by stabilizing agent Z1. And the radical in the solution can be controled by stabilizing agent Z2. Laboratory results showed that the viscosity retention rate of sheared associative polymer solution was 64.2% after 90d. Field test in SuiZhong 36-1 showed that the associative polymer solution viscosity increased from 24.74 mPa·s to 40.27 mPa·s.
