大港油田长效防砂配套技术研究与应用

Study and application of long-effect sand control associated technique for Dagang oilfield

  • 摘要: 为了解决油田开发中、后期疏松砂岩油层出砂程度加剧、治砂难度大,以及因技术参数匹配合理性差、油层稳定及保护措施欠缺、施工质量的控制能力低等导致的防砂有效期短、产能损失大的生产难题,开展了油水井后期长效防砂技术优化研究及应用,主要包括主体工艺优选、油层保护、技术参数匹配和施工过程的实时监测等措施。研究结果很好地实现了防砂有效期的延长和出砂井产能的稳定,为大港油田出砂油藏的高效开发提供了较好理论和技术支持。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of sand production and the higher difficulty of sand control in unconsolidated sandstone formation during middle and later periods of oil development, the poor rationality of parameters matching, lacking of formation stability and protection measurement, lower quality control in construction were all resulting in short-term validity of sand control and great lost of well productivity. Optimization and application of long-effect sand control integrated technique was developed to solve the key difficult problems in the process of production. Practice shows that the treatment of main technology optimizing, reservoir protection parameters matching, construction process real-time monitoring were all made the term of validity longer and capability of well with sand production more stable, which provides well theory and technology support for developing effectively of sand production reservoir in Dagang oilfield.
