  • 摘要: 苏里格低渗透致密砂岩气藏具有储层多、含气井段长、物性差等特点,为提高气井产量,采用封隔器分层压裂是苏里格地区广泛应用的技术措施。然而以往的分压工艺管柱压裂后由于封堵球滞留在油管内,阻塞油管畅通,不利于压后测试产气剖面和井底作业,同时存在管柱锚瓦多、后期上提管柱困难等诸多问题。针对此问题,详细介绍了两层分压合采无阻生产压裂管柱及配套工具,能实现一次压裂分压两层,压后油管内无阻塞生产,为压后井筒下入测试工具,分层认识储层提供了方便。

     

    Abstract: The low permeability tight sandstone gas layers of Sulige Gas Field are characterized by multilayer, long-gas-bearing interval, poor-physical property and so on. To increase gas production of gas layer, the technology of using packer separate layer fracturing is being widely used in Sulige. However, there is a ball in the tube after fracturing which is blocking the tube for traditional separated layer fracturing string, it is not conducive to test gas production profile and do downhole operation. Moreover, the oil tube is difficult to pick up and the anchors on the tube are too much in the later fracturing. in view of the question above, there are detailed introduction about Two-Layer Separate Layer Fracturing Commingled Unhindered Frac-string and auxiliary tools in this article, which can achieve two layer separated fracturing, unblock production in the tube after fracturing, provide convenient for tripping in test-tools and recognizing separate reservoir.
