苏75-70-6H水平井裸眼封隔器10级分段压裂实践

Practice of 10 stage fracturing with open hole packer in horizontal well in Well Su75-70-6H

  • 摘要: 苏里格气田具有低渗、低压、低丰度、低产特性,压裂改造成为苏75区块建产必要手段。对苏里格气田苏75区块第1口水平井——苏75-70-6H井提出了裸眼封隔器分段压裂工艺的整体方案,并首次应用低伤害羧甲基压裂液成功进行了10段压裂施工作业,累计加砂406 m3。目前该井放喷返排顺畅,测试无阻流量高达316.51×104 m3/d,压裂效果显著,标志着华北油田在水平井开发技术上的成功突破,并为各项新技术的进一步推广应用积累了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: The “four low” characteristics-low permeability, low pressure, low abundance and low productivity , has made the fracturing as a necessary way of high productivity in Block Su75 in Sulige gas field. Aimed at the first horizontal well-Well Su75-70-6H in Block 75 in Huabei Oilfield, staged fracturing with open hole packer technology was proposed and 10 stage fracturing treatment with 406 cube meters sand using a low damage carboxymethyl fracture fluid were operated successful which made many technical indexes rank first in the whole country. At present, this well choke and back flow smoothly and the primary test of open-flow potential is 1.53 million cube meters per day, which all illustrate the great effect of fracturing. This case marks the breakthrough of horizontal well production technology, and accumulates precise experiences for following deep application of various new technologies.
