Drilling technology for the extended reach horizontal well of Gaoping-1

  • 摘要: 为了提高胜利油田施工大位移水平井的能力,也为下一步实现海油陆采奠定基础,在济阳凹陷高青区域部署了一口重点探井高平1井。通过优化井身结构、合理配置钻井液和钻进参数等措施,克服了水平段长后期加压难、岩屑不易上返、起下钻摩阻大、水平段套管下入难以及井身轨迹难控制等一系列难题。该井完钻井深4535 m,水平段长3462.07 m,陆上油田水平位移3814.32 m,?244.5 mm技术套管水平段长723 m,陆上油田位垂比最大4.02。详细论述了该井的施工工艺和钻井液技术,对同类井的施工具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: To improve the capability of Shenli field to drill Extended Reach Horizontal Wells, and to prepare the work of offshore oil production from land, the key exploration well of Gaoping-1 is drilled in Gaoqing zone of Jiyang depression. Through the measures of optimizing wellbore scheme, mixing drilling fluid properly, and planning operation parameters, the difficulties of adding weight on bit, returning cuttings, high tripping friction, running horizontal casing, and controling the trajectory are overcome. The well is 4535 m deep, 3462.07 m long of the lateral section, and 3814.32 m long of horizontal reach. The intermediate casing is 244.5 mm as diameter, and 723 m as horizontal section length. The maximum ratio of horizontal to vertical reach is 4.02. The operation processing and drilling fluid are illustrated in detail, which would be an direction for the operation on the well of the same type.
