Complex sticking treatment in logging transfer of Well H203H

  • 摘要: H203H井是一口深水平井,在传输测井过程中发生了卡钻事故。由于井内有被卡钻具、电测仪器串和电缆,给处理工作带来了困难:既要保证能成功解除卡钻事故,同时又要保证井下电测仪器—尤其是中子源的安全,并能成功取出中子源。考虑钻遇层的地层岩性、钻具组合,采用浸泡解卡剂、卡点测量、大幅度活动钻具等作业手段,未成功解卡,分析了失败原因,主要是由于电缆旁通接头及配合接头的存在限制了钻具活动范围,解卡剂顶替效果差,同钻井液稠化,不利于解卡。针对这些问题制定了泡酸解卡方案并成功实施,保证了后续工作顺利进行,节约了钻井成本。

     

    Abstract: WellH203 is a deep horizontal well and sticking happened in the process of logging transfer. It was very difficult to treat because of the co-existence of drilling pipe, electronic measuring instruments series and cable. The sticking should be unfrozen successfully and also the electronic measuring instruments, especially neutron source, must be lifted safely. After analyzing the formation lithology and make up of string, measures such as unfreezing agent soaking, freeze point measurement, drilling pipe substantial moving were conducted and unfortunately they all failed. It was found the main cause was the limit of drilling pipe movement because of the presence of cable bypass connector and matching joint. To overcome this, the acid soaking unfreezing was programmed and conducted successfully. It permitted a smooth follow-up and saved the drilling cost.
