Abstract:
Blowout caused by wellhead casing head damage and fracture must be timely, efficiently and safely rescued. A new spraying device and integrated rescue techniques were developed and designed by analyzing and summarizing blowout experiences and lessons. Laboratory and field tests related were already carried out. The technology dealt with blowout accident by effectively connecting casing buckle spraying device to the damaged part of wellhead casing head. Field application showed good results and the losses caused by blowout were reduced effectively. This technology can promote the capacity of blowout rescue and is worth of further application and popularization.
