可控热化学技术在辽河曙光油区的应用

Application of controllable thermochemistry technology in Liaohe Shuguang oil region

  • 摘要: 针对传统热化学工艺在施工中存在的安全隐患及反应速度问题,进行了可控热化学技术研究。通过对比不同催化剂、不同起始浓度反应液、不同起始温度以及不同催化剂浓度对反应的影响,自主开发了MHA催化剂体系。结果表明:加入MHA后反应达到峰值的时间不低于2 h,符合安全性能要求;加入同种催化剂后的最佳反应液浓度为3 mol/L;反应液起始温度控制在40 ℃以内时更易于控制反应速度;催化剂浓度越高反应速度越快。可控热化学技术在曙1-38-45井的现场应用表明:措施前平均日捞液1.6 m3,平均日捞油0.8 m3,措施后平均液量为2.8 m3,日捞油1.8 m3,措施效果明显。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of security risk and reaction speed in traditional thermo-chemical process, study of controllable thermochemistry technology was conducted. The new mediator of MHA was developed by comparing the influences of different catalysts, initial solution concentration, temperature and catalyst concentration to reaction. Results showed that the reaction time to reach peak is no less than 2 hours which can meet the safety performance requirements. The best response concentration is 3 mol/L after adding the same kind of catalyst. It is easier to control the reaction speed if the initial reaction mixture temperature is within 40 ℃. The higher the concentration is, the faster catalyst reaction is. The controllable thermochemistry technology was applied to Well Shu1-38-45, Liaohe Shuguang oil region. Results showed that after measures the average daily liquid production was 2.8 m3 and oil 1.8 m3 compared to average daily liquid production was 1.6 m3 and oil 0.8 m3 before that. The measure effect was significant.
