阿尔塔拉凹陷压裂控缝高及诊断技术

Study on fracture height controlling and diagnose technology in Artala Depression

  • 摘要: 对于低渗透薄互层油气藏,储层压裂改造期望压裂作业后人工裂缝尽可能在目地层内支撑,从而增加有效支撑裂缝长度,提高人工裂缝的支撑效果。然而在实际压裂施工过程中并非所有的层都能够达到设计要求,由于施工参数和施工工艺的影响,施工缝高易过度增长。因此需要优化设计参数和施工工艺,提高该类储层压裂效果。提出了压裂改造此类储层的单薄层控缝高和多层提高压开程度的低伤害、高效改造工艺及诊断方法。通过现场应用平均探井单井产量提高了4~10 m3/d,勘探试油成功率提高到85%以上,取得良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: For thin interbed oil-gas reservoirs, the fracture expectation is to hold the artificial fracture in target zone as far as possible, which can increase the effective propped length and heighten the propping results. However, not all the layers can meet the design needs in the practical fracture process. Because of the operating parameter and process technology influencing, the fracture height will increase excessively. Therefore, design parameter and process technology should be optimized to enhance the stimulation results. A low-damage, highly-efficient fracture height controlling and diagnose technology was developed to control fracture height in single layer and improve fracturing level in multilayer. Field application showed that the average yields in exploration wells increased as much as 4-10 m3/d. Good results were achieved that the exploration and well test success ratio rise to more than 85%.
