天然气钻井井控技术的发展

The development of the well control technique in natural gas drilling

  • 摘要: 国内天然气藏钻井井控技术、装备和规范在20世纪90年代发展到较为完善的水平,主要体现在四川盆地天然气主产区近20年没有发生恶性井喷事故。随着高压高产气藏的勘探开发,水平井和负压钻井等技术的推广应用,现有的井控技术已不能完全适应新形势要求,面临着诸多方面的挑战。为此,从4个方面提出了井控技术今后创新和发展的方向:一是完善井控理论和计算模型,开发先进实用的井筒剖面压力计算软件;二是提高井控装备配套水平,增强设备可靠性;三是研制井筒液面自动测定等仪器,做到及时发现溢流;四是完善闭路压力?环系统装置的研制,提高钻井的压力控制水平。这样,井控技术发展的目标就可以从预防井喷发展到保护油气层、预防资源破坏、预防环境污染和快速低成本地钻井。

     

    Abstract: The technique, equipment and criterion of well control in natural gas drilling have been developed to relative perfect level in 1990 years, the most outward harvest is that the accident of catastrophic blowout had never taken place in Sichuan basin(the production base of natural gas)in almost twenty years. However, along with the exploratory development of high pressure and high production natural gas reservoir, the application and dissemination of horizontal well and underbalance drilling, the current well control technique cannot meet completely the requirement of the new condition, and confronts with many challenges. Therefore, the directions of the innovations and developments of well control technique in natural gas drilling are given: first, the theory of well control should been improved, the advanced and practicable software of wellbore pressure profile computation should been developed; second, the matching level of well control equipments should been enhanced further, the their reliability should been raised; third, in order to discover overflow just in time, the apparatus such that fluid level in wellbore is measured automatically should been developed; last, closed, pressurizable circulation system should been established to achieve at managed pressure drilling. The ultimate aim of well control technique is developed from preventing blowout to formation damage control, protecting resource and environment, improving drill speed and decreasing cost cutting of drilling.
