胶乳水泥浆体系在深井水平井的应用

Application of latex cement slurry system in deep horizontal well

  • 摘要: 针对庆深气田深井水平井温度高、易气窜的特点,在胶乳水泥浆基础上,通过优选高温稳定剂,研制出了深井水平井胶乳水泥浆体系DHL-600。室内评价结果表明,该体系在高温水平条件下具有低失水、无游离液、水泥浆及水泥石上下层密度差小、沉降稳定性好、防气窜等特点。在庆深气田升深平1井和徐深1-平1井2口深层气井水平井中应用,没有发生气窜且固井质量良好。室内实验和现场应用表明,该水泥浆体系能够满足深井气井水平井的固井施工和固井质量的要求。

     

    Abstract: For the Qingshen gas field deep horizontal well have the features of high temperature and easy breakthrough of gas, on the base of latex cement slurry system, high temprature stabilizing agent and conventional performance are optimized, and deep horizontal well system DHL-600 is developed. After evaluation of the indoor experimental results show that this system has the following features: conditions in the high temperature horizontal,it has low dehydration and no free water ;the density difference of slurry and cement is small;good stability;defend breakthrough of gas . Two deep gas horizontal wells, Qingshen gas field Shengshenping 1 well and Xushen 1-ping 1 well, which applied this system have no breakthrough of gas and good quality of well. Indoor experiment and field experiment show that this slurry system satisfed the demand of deep horizontal gas well cement quality.
