  • 摘要: 由于目前渤海湾钻完井作业较多,各类钻完井资源均较为紧张,在保证作业能力的条件下如何最有效地优化配置钻完井资源成为一个新的课题。介绍了QHD32-6A平台3口调整井用油管进行完井的应用案例。对油管管柱轴向载荷、抗扭强度进行了分析和校核,校核结果满足标准要求。现场应用表明,油管完井具备起下钻时间短,降低劳动强度并且适应于低负荷修井机的优点。油管完井在QHD32-6A平台的成功应用,开拓了开发调整井的新模式,为后续的调整井的开发提供了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: At present, because there’ s so many drilling and completion job in Bohai Bay, Various types of resources are lack, how to effectually optimize the resources under the condition of ensuring the operational capability is a new topic. The 3 adjustment well completion work in QHD32-6A platform as an example to introduce the application of tube completion. In the condition of the drill pipe will be transferred to other platforms, based on the optimal allocation of resources, the tube completion was used. And further to analyze the axial loading and twisting strength, and the results can satisfy check. Introduced the tubing completion application in the field and summarized the the characteristics and points for attention of tubing completion. From the analysis of the tubing completion application, it has the advantages of short trip and reduce the labor intensity. the successful application in QHD32-6E platform has opened up a new exploitation model of adjustment wells, and provided valuable experience for the sequent adjustment well’ s exploitation.
