山前高陡构造复杂井东秋6井钻井实践

  • 摘要: 针对塔里木油田山前高陡构造钻井施工难度大、事故复杂时效高、钻井速度缓慢等问题,开展了以垂直钻井、优质高效PDC钻头、复合盐层钻井技术等为主要内容的先进技术的应用。以东秋6井为例,从山前高陡构造复杂井钻井关键技术、钻井施工过程等方面进行了论述。应用结果表明,这些技术很好地解决了塔里木山前高陡构造的高速、高效、安全钻进问题。关键词:山前高陡构造;垂直钻井;研磨性;PDC钻头;复合盐层

     

    Abstract: In view of such problems as difficult and slow drilling in piedmont high and steep structure of Tarim Oilfield, advanced technologies including the vertical drilling technology, the high quality PDC bits, and the technology for drilling in compound salt formations are introduced. Taking Dongqiu 6 well as an example, complex drilling technologies in piedmont high and steep structure are discussed from the perspectives of key technologies and drilling process of compex wells. Application results show that these technologies solve the problems in high-speed, efficient, and safe drilling in piedmont high and steep structure of Tarim Oilfield.
